1. Data controller
The data controller is:
Giuliano Acconcia, trading as BLURRYMOOV
Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises number: 1042.817.108
Email: contact@blurrymoov.com
Website: www.blurrymoov.com
Questions and requests concerning personal data may be sent to the email address above.
2. Personal data collected
BLURRYMOOV may collect the following categories of personal data.
Contact requests
When a visitor uses the contact form, BLURRYMOOV may collect:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- selected contact category;
- message;
- preferred language;
- Instagram username, when provided;
- company or organisation, when provided;
- technical information used to prevent excessive or abusive submissions, including the IP address.
Newsletter
When a visitor subscribes to the newsletter, BLURRYMOOV collects:
- email address;
- preferred language;
- subscription status;
- subscription, confirmation and unsubscription dates;
- technical records needed to demonstrate the subscription request and confirmation.
A confirmation email is sent after registration. Newsletter messages are only sent after the subscriber has confirmed the subscription.
VIP table reservations
When a person requests or manages a VIP table reservation, BLURRYMOOV may collect:
- first and last name of the person responsible for the reservation;
- email address and telephone number;
- event concerned;
- requested table and number of participants;
- temporary reservation expiry;
- confirmation that the person responsible is at least 18 years old;
- acceptance date and version of the applicable reservation conditions;
- payment status, payment date and confirmation status;
- information relating to a refund, where applicable;
- communications exchanged by email or WhatsApp Business;
- first and last names of the other participants included in the reservation.
The reservation form alone does not confirm a reservation. A bank transfer screenshot does not constitute proof that the reservation has been accepted. The reservation becomes final only after the funds have been received and BLURRYMOOV has sent a confirmation email.
Payment information
Payments are made by bank transfer to BLURRYMOOV’s professional bank account. BLURRYMOOV may therefore receive:
- name of the bank account holder;
- originating bank account number;
- payment reference;
- amount and date of payment;
- payment, reimbursement and accounting records.
BLURRYMOOV does not collect payment card details through the website.
Event access and age verification
BLURRYMOOV events and VIP reservations are intended strictly for persons aged 18 or over.
An identity document may be visually checked at the entrance to verify a participant’s identity and age. BLURRYMOOV does not make or retain a copy of the identity document.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is processed for the following purposes.
Contact requests
Contact data is used to receive, review and answer enquiries.
This processing is based on BLURRYMOOV’s legitimate interest in communicating with visitors and, where applicable, taking steps requested before entering into an agreement.
Newsletter
The email address is used to send news and information about BLURRYMOOV.
This processing is based on the subscriber’s consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter or by contacting BLURRYMOOV.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
VIP reservations
Reservation data is used to:
- review requests and table availability;
- contact the person responsible for the reservation;
- organise and confirm payment;
- manage the reservation and any refund;
- prepare the participants’ access to the event;
- prevent booking errors, fraud and disputes;
- enforce the reservation conditions.
This processing is necessary to take steps requested by the customer and to perform the reservation agreement.
Some information may also be processed to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations or for BLURRYMOOV’s legitimate interest in protecting its rights and ensuring the safe organisation of the event.
Names of participants
The names of participants are used exclusively to prepare the event access list and verify that each person is included in the relevant VIP reservation.
This processing is based on BLURRYMOOV’s legitimate interest in managing access, preventing unauthorised entry and fulfilling the confirmed reservation.
The person responsible for the reservation must inform the other participants that their first and last names will be communicated to BLURRYMOOV for this purpose.
Participant names are not used for newsletter or marketing purposes.
Website security and logs
Technical data and server logs may be processed to:
- ensure that the website operates correctly;
- detect errors and technical incidents;
- secure the website and administration panel;
- prevent spam, abuse and unauthorised access.
This processing is based on BLURRYMOOV’s legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional website.
Audience measurement
Subject to the visitor’s prior consent, Google Analytics is used to understand how the website is visited and used and to improve its content and performance.
Google Analytics remains disabled until the visitor accepts analytics cookies through the cookie banner. Refusing analytics cookies does not prevent access to the website.
4. VIP participant list and the Acte 3
For each confirmed VIP reservation, a paper list containing the reservation name and the first and last names of the participants is prepared.
This list is:
- provided to the entrance staff supplied by the Acte 3;
- provided only on the day of the relevant event;
- used exclusively to verify access;
- not used for commercial purposes;
- destroyed after the event.
The person responsible for the reservation must confirm having informed the other participants of this processing.
Participants may arrive separately. Each participant must provide the reservation name and their own name and may be asked to show an identity document.
5. WhatsApp Business
BLURRYMOOV may use WhatsApp Business to communicate with the person responsible for a VIP reservation, request the participants’ names and manage practical arrangements.
WhatsApp is provided by Meta. Information exchanged through WhatsApp may consequently be processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
Operational booking conversations and participant names are deleted after the event, normally within seven days. BLURRYMOOV may retain the name and telephone number of the person responsible for the reservation for up to one year for booking follow-up and repeat reservation management.
Retaining a telephone number for this purpose does not authorise BLURRYMOOV to send newsletters or unrelated promotional messages.
The customer may request communication by email instead of WhatsApp.
6. Newsletter management
Newsletter subscriptions use a double opt-in process:
- the visitor submits an email address;
- a confirmation email is sent;
- newsletters are only sent after the confirmation link has been used.
Unconfirmed registrations are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are then deleted.
A confirmed email address is retained until the person unsubscribes.
After an unsubscription, BLURRYMOOV retains only the minimum information necessary to record and respect the objection for up to three years. This record prevents accidental re-subscription or further newsletter delivery.
Newsletter campaign records may be retained for up to three years. BLURRYMOOV does not intentionally track whether individual recipients open newsletters or click links unless this Policy is updated and the necessary choices are provided beforehand.
7. Google Analytics and cookies
Subject to consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-4H34ZBT35J.
Google Analytics may process information such as:
- pages viewed;
- approximate location derived from technical information;

- file downloads.
BLURRYMOOV does not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or booking details to Google Analytics.
The current Google Analytics configuration provides for:
- event data retention of two months;
- user data retention of fourteen months;
- reset of the retention period following new user activity;
- Google Signals disabled;
- user-provided data collection disabled;
- no current use of Google Ads.
Some aggregated reports generated by Google Analytics may remain available independently of these retention settings.
Analytics cookies and similar technologies may only be activated after a visitor has selected Accept analytics cookies. Visitors must also be able to select Reject analytics cookies with equivalent ease.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the Cookie Settings link available on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Further information is available in the separate Cookie Policy.
8. Necessary preferences and local storage
The website may store limited preferences on the visitor’s device, including:
- language preference;
- sound preference;
- cookie consent choice.
These preferences are used to provide functionality requested by the visitor and remember the selected settings. They are not used for advertising.
The cookie consent preference is normally stored for no longer than six months before the visitor is asked to make a new choice.
Visitors may remove locally stored information through their browser settings.
9. Hosting and server logs
The website and professional email services are hosted by OVHcloud in the European Union.
OVHcloud may process technical information necessary to provide and secure the hosting service, including IP addresses, dates and times of requests, requested resources, response status and technical identifiers.
Hosting logs may be retained by OVHcloud for up to twelve months, depending on the relevant service and log type.

Visitors who do not wish to activate Google Analytics may reject analytics cookies. Customers who do not wish to use WhatsApp may request communication by email.

13. External links and ticketing platforms
The website may contain links to third-party websites, including the Shotgun ticketing platform.
When a visitor follows an external link, the third party processes information under its own privacy policy. BLURRYMOOV does not receive payment card details entered on Shotgun and is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
VIP table reservations described in this Policy are managed directly by BLURRYMOOV and do not require a separate Shotgun ticket for the participants listed under the confirmed table reservation.
14. No user accounts
Visitors cannot create user accounts on the website.
The administration panel is accessible only to BLURRYMOOV and is protected by authentication. Newsletter, contact and booking information is not publicly visible.
15. Security
BLURRYMOOV applies reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including:
- restricted access to the administration panel;
- password protection;
- secure HTTPS connections;
- limited access to personal data;
- data minimisation;
- separation of newsletter and reservation purposes;
- deletion of operational participant lists after events;
- server-side security and abuse-prevention measures.
No online service is completely free from risk. If a personal data breach is likely to create a risk to individuals, BLURRYMOOV will follow the applicable notification requirements.
16. Individual rights
Subject to the conditions established by applicable law, individuals may request:

The latest version will be published on the website with its revision date. Where a change materially affects processing based on consent, a new consent request will be presented where required.
